Quickly and friendly reply from HR. Very quick organisation of interviews. First two interviews were very casual. Second interview lasted for nearly 2h including a presentation and role play. In all interviews it was pointed out that they have a high attrition of TL (???). No other challenges were mentioned even when asked. Only in the last interview performance issues in the team were mentioned.
