Motivating, prompt and very smooth.
Accurate time expectations, clear and relevant interview questions alongside realistic role analysis.
After the interview, I found out that I was successful the same day and I received an email offer in 24 hours.
Overall, I was impressed with the whole interview process at Sage.

In your last performance review, what areas did your line manager suggest you need to develop? And how did you address this?
The usual round of interviews. Only made it for the first round. A reciter contacted me and then I was invited to a first round of interviews. Wasn’t successful as I never heard of them again.
