Minimal communication - I had to directly get in contact with GRB in order to find out I hadn't progressed. They had previously told me that I would definitely be progressing on to the next stage, so I had been looking forward to progressing and they didn't even get in contact to let me know. I was told I was the perfect fit and a lot of encouraging things from the GRB - I would personally rather have not been told all of this if I wasn't going to be progressed onto the next stage.
