The HR called me and interview 2 times and I got the job offer within 2 months from local manager and overseas director. They asked jobs experience, describe myself and sharing company culture. Overall very pleasant interview.

Phone screen with the hiring manager. Questions about my experience while I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the position and commodity. Then a panel face to face interview followed where questions were lobbed from various team members. Nothing difficult. It was very casual. Ultimately they ghosted me as a candidate which is unprofessional.

Interview went well and was quite long, I was informed I was a strong candidate at the interview, however it took over a month before I was informed I was not successful
