For in-flight entertainment software 1) HR contacted via phone, 2) hiring manager interview via phone, 3) panel interview in-person at Safran followed by hiring manager interview in-person Absolutely awful. Steps 1 and 2 went great although HR was not friendly towards the end and unresponsive in between steps. Panel interview went great (overall knowledgeable team players, except for one). Hiring manager when interviewing in-person at the end acted extremely arrogant with misogynist behaviors & wouldn’t ask me any questions, and said that if I wasn’t already in the aerospace industry or friend/family with somebody in it, that it was nearly impossible to get the position. Said his previous PM elected to leave his team. Felt like I was there to check a box for him and a complete bait and switch for personality. Honestly, I would advise against working for this individual and also for this company as they are deceiving product-wise to their customers, unorganized, and not transparent with their behavior.
