I interviewed with the recruiter who was direct which I appreciated but also rude and would forget my name and who they called when they called me well in to the interview process. Very unprofessional. The vibe and tone set by the recruiter didnt reflect the culture of the team i was joining at all. The team and culture was much more inviting but thats not how my first interactions were with the company.
