Simple interview. Basic questions about work history. Questions include, for instance, what items would you offer a customer buy if they are shopping for a birthday cake, etc. Nothing complicated about interviewing at this level at all.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
