Very simple. basic technical questions and a lot of behavioral. mostly about have you ever kind of questions. Questions about Web Services and OOP. Basics for Java and how to impliment
In the phone interview, they just asked me basic questions about which programming languages I knew, and which programming languages I was interested in.
In the in-person interview, they basically asked me "what would you do?" questions. Most of them were about how I interact with other team members, and how well I work in groups. There were a lot of corporate lifestyle questions.
