Called me about 2 weeks after I applied. Had an interview at the store. Asked me a lot of situational questions such as What was a difficult customer service situation you faced in the past? What would you do in a certain situation?

In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
