Panel interview with 2 - 3 people. They take turns asking you standard questions from their HR guidebook. It lasts about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. All questions are "fit" and "experience-based" questions, designed almost like a mini-case interview.

Entretien
The panel was well informed on business priorities, focus areas and culture. Well prepared interview panel overall. Seemed like a great culture and solid people leadership. Focus on customer first and driven to support all food need for their current and potential customers.

The interview process was direct and welcoming. Also, if you are prepared to answer the hard questions then the opportunity may be closer than you think. The interviewer seemed to strictly be looking for someone with open availability for shifts throughout the week, which is not as accommodating for some college students.
