This position was with the Lucerne Foods wholy owned subsidiary of Safeway. The interview itself consisted mostly of experience questions asking me to "tell about a time when I ...", but it also began with an in-depth rundown of my resume, explaining each line item on it. Still waiting to hear some feedback as to why I was not selected, but be prepared to endure a lengthy process (3 months+). I was one of 15 candidates selected for a first round interview, there was to be a second round of interviews for 5 candidates, and from application date to rejection notice was 2.5 months.
