They want FULL access for minimum wage and part time. Twice i have had an in person and over the phone interview and they want 6a- midnight availability but don't offer full time also want varying shifts. Grown ups with kids and no support cant do that. Hopefully you will realize you're over looking a valuable asset by passing up a great and punctual hard worker and stop tryin to play God with people's paychecks. not cool
