Interviews are more of a formality then anything, if you impress the store manager and assistant manger enough before the actually interview begins- then you have the job. I was brought into the office when I spoke with the manager about various positions in the store- head of customer service, backup manger for starbucks.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
