Had a phone interview with a recruiter. We discussed by experience and what I could expect if hired. I attempted to follow-up several times but never heard back and eventually gave up. Three months later I received an e-mail asking to schedule a panel interview. There were four supervisors in my panel interview. Very basic investigative questions were asked and we ran through a few scenarios. The whole process took about an hour. I received an offer two days later.
