Submitted my resume and was asked to come in for an interview. Very friendly and professional process. They performed a thorough background check and once completed had me come back in to interview once more with the RVP.

Initial HR screen, followed by a few in person interviews. Behavior based interview questions and experience. Good to have basic marina/boating knowledge. Communication and problem solving are also major topics for the interview as well
