After I submitted my resume, they contacted me via email saying that they were interested in meeting me. I went to meet them and it wasn't really an interview, it was more like an orientation where they gave me the opportunity to ask them any job-related questions and to address any concerns that I had. Then they gave me the badge and the HIPPA certificate.
