It had 4 phases. First was aptitude and technical test from which 18 out of 300+ candidates were shortlisted. Next was Technical interview round. Most of it was resume screening and guesstimates. Some HR questions like describe "how did you handle a group project?" or "describe an incident in life where you felt successful" were also asked in this round. I cleared this round(10 out of 18 shortlisted for next round). Then comes Presentation round. This round was a deciding factor. One really needs to be super good at communication for this. A 5-min presentation was taken with a timer after which cross-questioning was done. They also played rapid fire with the candidates( which was weird)(5 out of 10 were shortlisted). I got rejected in this round. The final round was HR round. Typical HR questions were asked. Finally only 1 student made it through HR round.

The process consisted of four stages: an initial technical/analytics interview, a managerial discussion, a short presentation round with a panel, and an HR interview. The interviewers were friendly and conversational, but they expected structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to apply analytical concepts to real-world business scenarios rather than just textbook knowledge.

1. OA -> aptitude questions, pseudocode, English, SQL
2. Technical interview -> basics of data analysis
