J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sabre (Dallas, TX) en févr. 2015
Entretien
First round with HR, then with Director and then 8 more rounds. They did not know what they wanted and took me for a ride from one interview to another, 10 in total. HR called me after all this drama that he will send me offer letter next day. And after that he called me to tell me that budget for this role is not allocated, so he cannot make an offer letter. Didn't they realize this when they put me through the rigorous interview process.

Question 1
Explain how you have launched a product in your previous role?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sabre (Southlake, TX) en juill. 2010
Entretien
Initial contact via phone by recruiter followed by phone interview with hiring manager and then next level up (VP in this case). If you're brought in for on-site be prepared for long day of at least 6-8 one-on-one interviews. Once the on-site is over it can still take time for them to call you back; it is a very slow process. Many of your one-on-ones will be with people from completely different areas. Even if you're not the right fit for the job you're interviewing for those people might decide to move forward with you about a different position. Once I was hired I became part of the interviewing group in my particular area.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected. They typically ask you questions about your background and try to determine your level of knowledge about the product you'd potentially manage. Example: If you're going to be managing a Fleet Planning tool then they'll ask you about Fleet Planning. They are very focused on the Product Manager also being somewhat of a subject matter expert.
