The hiring process was completed in one day. There was an Aptitude Test to begin with, where they asked questions related to Time Zone calculations, Basic Math and Basic programming, along with a section on English skills. This was followed by a panel Interview with the site MD, HR and a few mid level employees. The interview was short - around 20 minutes.

The interviewers were friendly and conversational, but they expected structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to apply analytical concepts to real-world business scenarios rather than just textbook knowledge.
