We scheduled the phone interview at 11:00 - 11:30am and I went to outside for the interview since I'm currently employed. He paused for seconds during the call, I waited on the phone and then came back to the interview. I was focusing on answering his answer, but did not know the phone was disconnected. I heard someone called in but I ignored because I was on the phone interview. There was no response after I answered my question. I said hello, hello? At that moment I realized the phone was disconnected and I looked at my phone. It was him who called me back when I was answering his question. I immediately called back, but it forwarded to voicemail. I immediately emailed him and waited for 2-3mins. I went back to my desk and was thinking about this. I went out to call him one more time by inputing his first name. He answered phone at 11:23am. I said sorry I don't know why the phone was disconnected and asked if we could continue the phone interview. He said no. What an awful phone interview! He disconnected the phone, but I have to be blamed for this. That's a red flag for this company.
