Went for an interview for Oracle DBA in SWIFT's KL office. The HR lady was not very friendly. She did an HR interview which is weird because HR interviews are usually conducted once you clear the technical rounds. Then she gave me to take a written test. It contained 5 easy questions about Oracle Database. I answered all of them correctly. After I handed in the answer sheet, she said she will get back to me. I waited for a week and sent her a follow up mail. She said I was not shortlisted ! I don't know why. Maybe because I was not Chinese.
