I sat down with a supervisor who conducted my interview. They asked me several questions to which I did the best of my ability to answer. After the interview there is a week of training.

Submitted an application online and was called to schedule an in-person interview. The interview was with the nurse manager and someone else who I forget their title. It was very informal, and seemed more like a “get to know you” kind of thing rather than an interview. For interview-type questions, I was asked about previous applicable experience and about a time that I had handled an upset patient or parents of a patient.
