Interviewed with a project manager and head HR. The PM was very informal and seemed liked he wanted to get to know me as a person whereas the head of HR was very formal and to the books. I got called back for a second interview where I met a project executive and he then introduced me to one of the VPs. This second round was more easy going and they really just wanted to know how i was as a person.
