Recruiter suggested immediate availability at a location in Denver, CO. The telephone interview was scheduled for the next day. Interviewer conducted the phone interview, on speakerphone, and seemed distracted. Interviewer also seemed to be hesitant to discuss employment longevity and career advancement opportunities. Some information provided to the recruiter (for the applicant) was incorrect, and affected the tone of the interview when interviewee was looking for clarification on this information (facility capabilities, size of workforce at location, supervisory opportunity, working hours). Interviewer also seemed hesitant to answer pertinent questions about company policies/culture. Feedback was immediately available from the interviewer, but was different from the feedback reported to the recruiter.
