I applied through my university co=op program. Came in for an interview with three separate positions ( quality control, 2 R&D) with 3 interviewers all at the same time. The interview was an hour long with each interviewer asking around 5 specific questions each. There were several more general questions that applied to each position. About 5 minutes was left at the end for my questions. It was a very relaxed environment as the people interviewing me were quite young and didn't really seem very formal.
