Interviewed with Senior Developer for Initial phone screen. Several questions related to basic programming was asked. During the screen a programming test was sent to be coded in real time. The test could be written efficiently with basic mathematical knowledge and knowledge of basic syntax. The interview length was about 30 minutes.
