J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez STCU (Coeur d'Alene, ID) en janv. 2019
Entretien
Once I submitted an application, I got a call from Matt. He did a phone interview with me basically just asking questions to see if I would be fit. Once we talked for a couple minutes he sent me a link to a course that I would need to complete. I then completed the course, it was a simulation of the banking world. Based on that score, Matt scheduled an interview with me at the Crossroads branch. I was later offered the position.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One thing they asked me was, what I consider to be a good day or what makes a good day.

The interviewer was very kind. What was surprising was how many people were in the interview. I was in the room with 6 people total, which I wasn't expecting. All of them were very friendly, however and seemed genuine.

I had a short phone call with the talent acquisition specialist on Tuesday. She then sent me an email for an assessment test and a teller simulation. Once I passed both of those, I was called by the same lady Wednesday and we set up an interview via Microsoft Teams on Friday. I interviewed with a talent acquisition specialist, a lead teller, and a branch manager. I was told by the manager that I would get a call on Wednesday by the end of the day, but I didn't get called until Friday after I emailed the talent acquisition specialist asking for an update. The interview itself wasn't at all hard, but the questions were difficult for me to answer because I was nervous.

The interview was in 2 parts. First part was over the phone and the second part was an assessment I did through my email. The assessment was nice because I had never worked in a bank before and it gave me a really good idea of what a day at work would be like.
