i went there for the profile of electronics engineer through AMCAT. it was my horrible experience. the company is too far from pune junction station as well as hadapsar. the whole interview (HR+Technical) get conducted in marathi only and it was tp interview. if you are fresher and not getting job anywhere else and you wanna desperately start your career in core then go ahead it's good platform to learn but not the good option for growing. there is no growth in the company. they told me you will need to have your own vehicle if you wanna work here because we send our engineers to customer's house to solve their queries so they will only hire you if u have bike or scooter and you are staying in nearby area. HR interview was tp. hr will just asked ur basic info and all in marathi only so don't worry about communication. technical interview was bad experience because the will start discouraging you about your technical knowledge wether you have knowledge or not! they had written 2L package in the amcat email but they will offer you 1.2L or 8k salary aftr you finished your interview.
