I had a great interview experience with the hiring team from the internal recruiter to the hiring manager. The interview process at SSP Group was smooth and detailed. I initially applied through a recruiter and within 1 week, I was contacted by a recruiter for a brief initial screening. After the initial conversation, I was scheduled for 3 rounds of interviews: First Round: was a phone interview with the internal recruitment recruiter. Second Round: was with the hiring manager where technical interview was covered. Third Round: was with the hiring manager's manager to check cultural fit.
