Submitted resume, in person interview within a few weeks. Very organized interview - respectful communication. Standard computerized questionnaire not required. It was formal, but not overwhelming. Hiring process is inconsistently reliable as openings are filled on an as needed basis.

Applied on their website -> scheduled a recruiter interview and it lasted 60 seconds-> director interview with 2 people -> peer panel interview -> offer or no offer. A pretty simple easy process.
Phone screening with Human Resources followed by virtual interview with hiring manager. This was followed by in person tour of clinic and secondary interview with manager and other clinic manager, was offered job on the spot.
