After applying, there was an initial phone screening, followed by a phone interview with people from the department in which the position was located. After the phone interviews, there was a two and a half hour, in person interview. I met with several groups of people during this time. There was also a "walking interview" portion that was associated with a tour of the facility. This was one of the most relaxed interview processes that I've experienced. It was actually almost enjoyable. It was a two-way process with ample time for discussion and questions from me as well as the interviewers.
