This was a much longer process than I anticipated. As I met with team leaders, team members, and other staff I felt very affirmed. The team interview I underwent was helpful in knowing my team as well as the job. The job shadowing was a great benefit in seeing the job in action. I would say that if I had not obtained the position it would’ve seemed as if I had spent a very large portion of time for nothing. I am very thankful with the trust I have been given and my acceptance.
