Interviewed in October. The company was going through some management changes at the time which delayed the offer for a few weeks. After an offer was made, there was some back and forth between old department and new department regarding the start date.
However, Tara was very responsive to my messages and concerns and remained professional throughout the whole process.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
