The interview process was very personalized. I first spoke with a recruiter in HR that was very familiar with the unit that I would be interviewing on. She knew the floor, the needs of the unit, acuity of the patients and managerial staff very well. I was impressed by this. She was personable, knowledgeable, and prompt. The process as a whole was seamless and I was kept informed either by phone or email the entire time.

First there is a phone interview with simple questions that are easy to answer. If you pass that (which they told me at the end of the call) then you will go to a in person interview with the team lead.
