Interview process is thorough, time consuming, and competitive. The initial application took about 90 minutes because at the end of filling everything out is an hour long customer service assessment that only allows one try. If you pass that first step you move onto the phone interview, which is a short five minute qualifier. They ask questions about a customer service experience and availability. The final round is what they referred to as a speed date interview. It starts with a group session that covers benefits and job responsibilities with a couple group ice breakers mixed in. The end part is the most important where you are taken to one of the banquet halls with eighteen tables. Most tables only has one person, but there were a few with two. You have 90 seconds to answer that persons question and then move onto the next one. I really enjoyed this experience because it gave a large variety of questions and I got to meet many of the faces in the company.
