I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and operations. After successfully completing the online assessment, I was invited to a brief 5 minute interview a few days later. The interview consisted of four yes/no questions and two STAR-based questions: “Why are you qualified?” and “How do you adapt to change in the workplace?”
I prepared in advance, researched the interview format, and felt confident in my responses. I presented myself as professional, friendly, and well qualified for the role. Despite this, I received a rejection the following day with no feedback provided.
The process feels highly competitive and somewhat unclear, especially given how brief the interview is. Based on other reviews, it seems common for candidates to apply multiple times before being selected. Overall, while the process is straightforward, the lack of transparency makes it difficult to understand how candidates are evaluated. Especially ones with extensive experience in the field.
