It was fair and detailed. Interview was aimed at finding more about my previous work success, my approach to work in the position required as well as my commercial and technical background in the area of interest.

Entretien
Their process is completely broken and unprofessional. A recruiter contacted me and I interviewed with HR and two other people. All said they liked what they heard, this was over the course of three months. Then dead silence, no emails, no phone calls, nothing.
Really if I was unemployed I would have been ticked at the complete lack of professionalism over the "Ghosting". Thankfully I was just looking to make a change.
