Interview went smoothly, the role required skills in Power BI and Excel. Interview was a three step process. HR Phone Screen, First Round interview with the Hiring Manager and an Analytics Manger. Final Round would have been an in person interview with the HM.

Interviewed with recruiter, discussed pay range my range was higher than the team was prepared to offer. Recruiter advised they would bring my range back to the manager & come back to me. Process proceeded no further; recruiter advised they moved forward with another candidate.
