I went through a screening call and follow-up. I then told two weeks later that I did not meet the qualifications for the role (according to the area sales manager), despite having been told the opposite during the screening. I was then told I should apply again in the future. The proccess was disorganized and off-putting as there was a clear lack of internal communication. If I did not meet the qualifications, I should not have been contacted to begin with. I definitely won't be reapplying as my time was wasted and that is not the kind of company I would want to work for anyway.

Three rounds of interviews - recruiter, area sales manager and VP of sales. It took over a
month before getting an offer. Scare tactics will be used, if you want the job stay persistent

Entretien
The interview process was long and very confusing with mixed signals. The entire process was about 2 months!! Started off with a call from HR then a phone call with the hiring manager, then a meet up with the same hiring manager followed by a phone call with the regional sales manager and then a meet up with the same sales manager. Followed by a shadowing day then another interview with the VP of sales. The mixed signals were primarily due to all of the hiring and managerial staff saying that this job is unpredictable and scary with little to no work life balance, however the other Specialists I spoke to said it was a great job and they liked it so from a candidate's point of view it was very confusing. One of the managers literally said there's no work-life balance during my shadowing day, not a very good look for an interview process if you ask me. They lost my interest with all that frankly but I was somewhat still hopeful it was all just talk and a scare tactic.

Why SPR? Why medical devices? Otherwise not many questions, they turn the tables to receive more questions from the candidate rather than ask anything themselves.
