You are absolutely correct, we do spend quite a bit of time and include senior employees in our interviews in order to ascertain not only an applicant's technical abilities, but also his or her fit for the team. I am not sure what you mean by the "salary mentioned on the job description" - we do not list salaries in job postings (see spinen.com/careers). We base our salaries on compensation research provided by Robert Half International, Inc., and make offers within those ranges based on applicants' experience. In addition to base salaries, we offer a bonus program based on KPIs which offers employees the ability to increase their total compensation above the ranges shown in the Robert Half research.
