I met with two very lovely ladies who interviewed me. They were very pleasant but asked many detailed question with regards to homelessness - I didn't really expect it for trainee position. Also it was my second interview on that day so I had limited time to prepare and was a bit worn out. People who are really interested in homelessness or related issues could pass the interview if prepared adequately - mostly to elaborate more on the answers already provided in the application form.
