An SP Group interview assessed my technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and interest in the energy sector through competency-based questions, scenario discussions, and conversations about teamwork and future aspirations.

HR very responsive and friendly. Manager was also friendly. Unfortunately, i didn't make the cut. Result was given after a week of the interview. HR gave the result via email.
