After applying at Soundboks for the Performance Marketing Copywriter (German & English) position, I got invited to a 30-minute phone screening. It was really nice and informative, where they also shared their salary range. Then I got send a copywriting assignment, where I had to come up and explain my copywriting for a (fictional) online campaign. You can probably get it done in 2 hours, it took me a bit longer. Next, I got invited for an in-person interview at the office, two people asked me the standard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary here. I did not get the position because my motivation didn't match, and they were right.

I first had a phone screening, which was very laid back and took away nervousness. Followed by that was an assignment, which is very doable, just time-intensive. Afterwards I got invited for an interview, which was also more on the laid-back side. The people were very nice and not intimidating. I did not receive an offer, but the reasoning is understandable and I received valuable feedback.
