Entretien
Four stages of recruitment process:
1. Online Test (2 algorithmic problems to solve)
2. HR Screening with technical questions (great person from HR, cheers!)
3. Technical knowledge review (more like math problems to solve instead of checking actual technical skills)
4. Meeting with manager
It is pretty bizarre that for such position you are treated as a Junior Developer with 3 stages of generic tests. I was rejected on 3rd stage where some random developer asked math puzzles to solve. Literally zero questions about my architect's experience or even talk with someone who is an actual architect to prove the knowledge.
I regret sending my CV - it was just a waste of time.
