I was contacted immediately by a recruiter to schedule an interview after my application was submitted. The day and time came to receive a call from the recruiter and I did not receive that call until I reached out via email 30 minutes after our scheduled time. 45 minutes later I received a call with a simple "I was in a meeting" and "I have have 1 day left at SolTech so I will have a colleague reach out to you." Of course that never happened and why a recruiter would still be do interviews on their last day of the job is absurd. Hands down the most unprofessional recruiter that I have ever spoken to and if this is any indication of how the company is ,then I am glad I never received that future phone call.
