It was a lengthy interview with a HR representative in recruitment and the applicable business department manager. The interview started late due to the interviewers forgetting the scheduled time, the interviewers were supercilious in their attitude when asking questions, frequently taking lots of notes while holding an interview checklist (making a point of shielding view). The attitude displayed by the interviewers was very much "why do you think your worthy of being here?' and the position details were specific to delivering a particular project by a deadline and did not disclose future growth beyond that. The business culture displayed in the interview process was not positive but presented as a dictatorial style of management focused on deliverables by any means.
