Put a lot of pressure to perform interviews very quickly, including on-site and asking for a lot of reactivity (which is ok). Passed 3 interviews in 1 1/2 months including on-site. Ended the last interview saying "do not expect a quick answer, we want to have a deep view of the market" and 2 months without any feedback. What's the point on rushing a candidate if you want to take your time ?
