Some HR person outside US scheduled a call for interview within 24 hours of me applying. They took exactly 30 days just to get back and say they are not moving with my application. This shows their broken hiring process and incompetent recruiters who thinks someone would wait for over a month to hear NO . Either you guys have a broken hiring process or incompetent people working in recruiting department. It’s 2022, you don’t expect people to wait for over a month to get acceptance or rejection. Huge red flag for job seekers when applying at this company
