I applied in early January and the process was fairly quick, taking about 2 weeks. After providing my resume and completing a number of materials online describing my proposal and business consulting experience, I had two phone interviews, both with long term associates and former company principals. I found these to be professional, open and very informative about how the company works and supports its associates.

The hiring and interview process was very well organized, and quickly and efficiently conducted. The interviewers were highly experienced and that supported discussions covering general topics to complex, detail tactics, techniques and procedures. The recruiting manager was responsive to my inquiries, and move things along at a rapid pace, which saved a lot of time. Well done!

A staffing agency was handling the process. I was interviewed by 2 Account Executives who both had a need. They were both looking for slightly different skills, so it was a little difficult to answer questions and cover all my bases.
