Spend three days attempting to schedule an interview on Skype. My recruiter had the wrong skype name at first so it messed up my initial interview. Upon rescheduling, I received no call but they INSISTED that I did not answer their call despite being on Skype for 1 hour before and half an hour afterward just in case they called. So, far not sure if this is a good sign.

Very informal and casual interview to gain insight into personality and to see if your ideas of what is important in the classroom aligns with the school. They want someone easygoing who believes in children being listened to and cared for. Structure is important but flexibility to achieve goals is also essential.
